General Terms and Conditions
1. General All services provided by NORDIC Driving Fetahu (hereinafter referred to as Nordic Limo) are subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions, unless modified or supplemented by a specific written agreement signed by both parties.
2. Offers and Confidentiality Our offers are valid for a limited period, determined by statutory regulations or as specified within the offer itself. All quotes and travel plans provided are confidential and may only be disclosed to persons directly involved in the booking process.
3. Prices and Binding Bookings All prices listed on nordiclimo.ch are gross (inclusive of all applicable Swiss taxes). Once a booking is confirmed by Nordic Limo via email or SMS, it is considered legally binding.
4. Payments and Cancellation Policy We accept major credit cards (via Stripe), cash payments directly to the chauffeur, payment by invoice, and bank/postal transfers.
To maintain our high standard of service and vehicle availability, the following cancellation policy applies:
Up to 24 hours before the service starts: No charge (Free cancellation).
Between 24 and 4 hours before the service starts: A charge of 50% of the total booking amount.
Less than 4 hours before the service starts or No-Show: A charge of 100% of the total booking amount.
5. Liability Nordic Limo accepts no liability for delays or service interruptions caused by:
Force majeure (natural disasters, extreme weather).
Unforeseen traffic congestion or road closures.
Technical vehicle breakdowns despite regular maintenance.
Incorrect pickup or destination details provided by the client.
Flight delays beyond our control (though we provide real-time monitoring to mitigate this).
6. Working and Rest Time Regulations (ARV 1 & ARV 2) For the safety of our passengers and our chauffeur, Nordic Limo strictly adheres to the Swiss federal regulations regarding working and rest times for professional passenger transport (ARV 1 and ARV 2). No journey will be performed if it violates these safety laws.
7. Payment Conditions Unless paid upfront or in cash, all invoices must be settled via bank transfer or credit card no later than 10 days after the completion of the service. Nordic Limo reserves the right to request advance payment for long-distance or high-value bookings. Withholding payments or offsetting claims against Nordic Limo is not permitted.
8. Place of Jurisdiction All disputes are subject exclusively to Swiss Law. The official place of jurisdiction is Zürich. Nordic Limo remains committed to resolving any disagreements with our valued clients amicably and through mutual agreement whenever possible.
